Expanding its network has been a major focus for Kenya Airways in 2025. In July, the airline launched direct flights from Nairobi to London Gatwick, increasing its total weekly London flights to ten and giving passengers more options and convenience.

A collaboration with Visa introduced co-branded credit and debit cards, providing perks such as lounge access, priority boarding, and reward points. Kilavuka also oversaw agreements with Qatar Airways, Air Tanzania, and Safarilink, boosting connectivity across Africa and supporting regional tourism.

In October, Kilavuka led the company to launch Africa's first intra-African flight using Sustainable Aviation Fuel, a significant step towards the airline's goal of net-zero emissions.

Kilavuka also led efforts to raise at least $500 million in capital, strengthening the airline’s balance sheet and supporting its growth strategy.
